I specialise in Body Transformation programs, Health and Lifestyle consultancy and Tailored Workout and Nutritional plans. I like to challenge and encourage my clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries by using effective exercise methods that can be achieved within the comfort of your own home or the outdoor surroundings.

As your trainer, I will take your health and wellness personally, working alongside you to help achieve ALL of your fitness goals. With your determination and my dedication, we can make anything happen.

As a REP’s Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer my role is to get you results, safely and effectively; motivating you throughout the course of your training, from the initial consultation all the way through to achieving your goals. Yes my approach is goal orientated but I feel it is important to remember that Personal Training should complement your lifestyle and not take over it. Therefore, achieving your goals should be fun, enjoyable and responsible to those close to you.

I constantly strive to ensure that I am continually delivering the most extensive and professional personal training service throughout Sussex & Kent. Together we can set and build the foundations for improved physical, mental and emotional health and fitness.
